Juniper Networks Secure Access SSL VPN
The Secure Access SSL VPN from Juniper Networks made a very strong showing to take the bronze award in Remote Access. It earned high marks from our readers for its authentication support, with 81% of respondents giving the appliance at least four stars out of five in that category.
According to Juniper, the Secure Access SSL VPN offers clients secure remote access with no client software deployment, cross-platform support, endpoint security and single sign-on capabilities, among other features.
Readers were also impressed with the Secure Access SSL VPN's ability to integrate with existing platforms and applications, with more than 70% of respondents giving this criterion a rating of four stars or better. One respondent noted that administration of the appliance could be simpler, but that overall functionality was nice.
Juniper also states that its SSL VPN security line is designed for maximum versatility and scalability, depending on its clients' needs. A variety of form factors can be combined to meet different needs for remote and mobile employees.
